With over 20 years of corporate and startup experience, including a four-year expat assignment in Mexico, James brings a global, outsider perspective to every project.
James has led growth, brand, and creative teams for complex multinational corporations to venture-backed SaaS fintechs. He focuses on customer insight and lets the customer story guide the development of a marketing strategy and profitable growth.
Fun fact
James lives with his family outside of Detroit where you can find him reading, writing, and riding his bike. In 2020, James published his debut novel, AN IMPRECISE PERDITION. He’ll probably tell you a story about Detroit.
